Melody informed me as she got in the car after school yesterday that it was supposed to SNOW last night! SNOW! In October! We had a good run this summer, but the white stuff is inevitable!
So, let's talk Christmas mini sessions! Like last year I'm booking these for the first weekend of November in hopes it isn't too darn cold! And hopefully everything is dried up by then, the mosquitoes will have packed their bags and moved on and we can just enjoy a day outside! Not to mention you'll have plenty of time to get your cards out and can get your merry on in December!
Also like last year, I'll be running two different set ups this season! Be sure to read all the way to the bottom as the two sessions offer different packages!
Classic Christmas *location TBD*
For families (or just your littles, that's ok too!) I'll be doing styled Christmas minis outdoors! I'm working on a new location in Neenah but haven't had a chance to tour the property due to the rain, just going off of what I've seen in pictures. In the event it doesn't work out I will return to the tree farm from last year!
Rustic Winter Minis for the littles
I'll also have a smaller set up suitable for two or three children with an earth tone and rustic theme. Similar to last year, but less sparkle and more along the rustic farmhouse style trending right now.:)
Worried about group participation in the potentially chilly weather?;) The sessions are just 10 minutes and I bring cookies (for all) and goodie bags for all kiddos!

What should we wear? Plaid is so cute and so in again this year! Pops of plaid, vests, layers, scarves, hats all create a cozy, outdoorsy look! Classic velvet, taffeta and glitter is great too, and can even be paired with plaid for a rustic chic look! Or go comfy and cozy in pajamas and fuzzy slippers! For the Rustic Winter minis cream, gray, soft pink, brown, gold, burgundy, and navy blue would all be great ideas!
I send out an outfit styling guide with booking information and also welcome you to snap a pic of your outfits and email it to me if you'd like input! Pinterest is always full of ideas too. I'm nervous my kids might not cooperate, any advice? I will have cookies and little prize bags on hand to encourage (let's be honest, bribe!) some smiles out of your kiddos. And it's just 10 minutes, so cooperation isn't necessary for a long period of time.:) When will my gallery be ready? I will have your gallery available by November 21st! Your included files are available for immediate download and include print release. This will give you a month to create your cards and jingle all the way to the post office (sooo bad but I couldn't resist)!:)
